Assets Library: Affiliate Marketing Assets in One Place

The Assets Library is a central place inside Rewardful where you store and share promotional materials with your affiliates.

From the Assets tab in your dashboard, you can upload files, save links, and create text snippets — and every published asset is available to all your affiliates across all campaigns.

Three types: Files (logos, images, and PDFs), Links (URLs to resources on your site), and Text (copy snippets like email, ad, or blog text your affiliates can reuse).

You can upload JPG, PNG, and PDF files, up to 25MB each. If an upload fails, check that the file is under 25MB and in one of those formats.

Yes. When you add an asset you can save it as a draft or publish it. Drafts stay private until you publish them; only published assets appear in your affiliates' dashboards.

Once you publish an asset, it shows up automatically in each affiliate's own Assets tab — they can find and use it right away, with no extra steps from you. Assets are listed newest to oldest.

All published assets are available to all affiliates across all campaigns. There's no per-campaign setup — publish once and everyone sees it.

Yes. You can edit and delete assets from the library at any time, so it's easy to keep materials current as your program grows.
