Introducing the Assets Library: Affiliate Materials in One Place

Give your affiliates everything they need to promote your business with our new Assets Library feature.

Previously, merchants had to share logos, PDFs, links, and promotional copy through external tools like email, shared drives, or docs. This made assets harder to manage and harder for affiliates to find when they needed them.

Now, you can manage your promotional assets directly inside Rewardful from the new Assets tab. Merchants can upload files, save useful links, and create text snippets for affiliates to use, all in one central library. All published assets are available to all affiliates across all campaigns.

This feature helps you:

• Keep affiliate assets organized in one place.
• Share files, links, and text copy without relying on external tools.
• Save materials as drafts before publishing them to affiliates.
• Make it easier for affiliates to find and use the latest promotional resources.
• Edit and delete assets from the library, making it easier to manage your affiliate resources as your program grows.

How to use the Assets Library:

1. Go to the new Assets tab in your Rewardful dashboard.
2. Click Upload Assets.
3. Choose whether you want to add a File, Link, or Text asset.
4. Save the asset as a draft or publish it to your library for affiliates to access.
5. Once published, affiliates will see the asset in their Assets tab and can access it right away.
